Very beautiful work, Michael. I played several of your guitars while visiting the USA recently, and found them all excellent instruments – great tone, response and playability. But this is the one I’ll be saving for someday! That snakewood sure is nice… can’t remember ever seeing it on a guitar before.

Hi Michael

Did you want to try a Dresden guitar built more like a bent back with bass rider lute than the swan neck type?

The bass strings must be thicker. How the sound compare with the others guitars you already built?

I would like to try it out! Too bad i’m a continent away.

Hey Ron, good to hear from you after all these years! Sorry I just sold that one at the Asian guitar festival a few weeks ago in Bangkok.

Chapdelaine already ordered a guitar for you…. I’m making it now. Let me know want you want, Michael wasn’t specific about it.

I’m shooting to have it done before I head back to Bangkok for a week starting August 14th…….

Hi Bill. hard to say, but I would say perhaps more sustain and a bit more volume in general but not in particular. There are things I like about traditional bracing and things I like about lattice as well.
